Students can take Advanced Placement (AP), Career and College Promise (CCP), and honors courses to get a head start on college. We offer outstanding fine arts programs in band, chorus, visual arts, and theater. Plus, our Career and Technical Education (CTE) classes include unique options such as welding and culinary arts.

State champions again in golf
For the second year in a row, the boys golf team won the state championship. Additionally, Lane Crotts took the individual state championship title.

We are proud of our marching band and appreciate what the band brings to our football games on Friday nights. Be sure to take in a game this fall and support the Storm.
Stuart W. Cramer High School
Stuart W. Cramer High School has a strong athletics program. We have won state championships in wrestling, track and field, and golf. Our student-athletes show great teamwork, school spirit and sportsmanship.
Providing care for students at school
Thanks to our partnership with Kintegra Health, we offer a telehealth clinic here at our school. Students, who are experiencing a minor illness or condition, can be seen by a medical provider virtually.

Gaston County Schools announces administrative leadership changes for the 2026-2027 school year.
Student parking passes are $25. You may pay by cash or check in Student Services or online at https://gcs.schoolcashonline.com.
If you pay online, you must also complete a parking pass form at the time of payment. Printed forms are also available.
Parking passes will only be sold to students during lunch periods.
Once your payment is received and your form is completed, you will receive your parking pass.

Teachers are encouraged to participate in the Ron L. Ensley grants program. Click here to complete the online application. The grants are presented by the Gaston County Education Foundation as a way to fund innovative classroom lessons and projects. The application deadline is Sunday, September 14.
